Return policy for purchases from the Vimazi online store

Shipment

Fast and climate-friendly delivery. In Switzerland, we deliver your order free of charge to your home or to another address specified by you. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery takes place with Swiss Post or another contracted transport service provider. For delivery to other countries, the conditions listed during the payment process and the terms and conditions of the contracted transport service provider apply automatically.

 

Processing time

All orders are usually processed the next business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. When we have a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If the shipping of your order is significantly delayed, we will inform you by e-mail.

 

Shipping & Duration

The shipping costs for your order are displayed in the shopping cart / checkout and depend on the country of delivery and the order value. Only the delivery throughout Switzerland is free.

 

Returns

Items purchased from the official Vimazi Switzerland online shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

A return will be completed by us after examination with a corresponding refund of the purchase amount. Please note that an item cannot be exchanged. If the item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, please send it back and order again.

The condition for returning products is that they are in their original condition. They must still have the original labels attached. Therefore, please do not use the shoes outdoors before the size has been checked at home. Please wear clean socks when trying on the shoes. Shoes with worn soles or dirty shoes will not be replaced under any circumstances.

To ensure a full and prompt refund, products must be unworn and not damaged beyond normal wear and tear that occurs when the product is tried on. Important:

  • The shoes are in their original condition and in their original packaging

  • Shoes are in the original shoe box

Refund

Refunds will be made to the customer's debit or credit card used for payment in the web shop within approx. one week after the returns have been checked (depending on the days of the week and means of payment, etc.).

Items purchased from a Vimazi Authorized Dealer

Items purchased from a Vimazi wholesaler or retail partner in Switzerland cannot be returned directly to vimazi.ch. In this case, please contact our partner retailer directly and inquire about their return policy.

 

This is how the return works

Pack the items in their original packaging together with the delivery note in the box

(the document that accompanied your order).

Seal the package securely and address it correctly, ideally using the enclosed shipping label. Drop off your package at a post office. Once we've processed your return, we'll issue a refund.
